I smoked all night! Boy was it delicious. A chicken in Sweet Chile sauce, a huge pork loin in Hawaiin Honeymoon Marinade, fresh made sausage from Sprouts and of course burgers and dogs! All smoked on mesquite wood with a touch of Sassafrass wood added for flavor, Ahh and to top it all off toasted coconut covered marshamallows heated to perfection over the glowing coals.
