WELL it's been 2 months now into the summer. The well is still dirty. The sand filter is full of mud again and needs to be cleaned again 2 months later. So does the nanofilter. So much sand has been removed that the sand in the slow sand filter has to be replaced already, it should have taken years to replace it all. So now it will hae to be emptied again and the sand cleaned out and new sand put back to replace it.  

Remember the Water Problem? Well it's back!!! like Chucky he just can't get enough. the attorney hand delivered 80  CD's, 120 pages of narrative text in chronological order, a list of witness, and a bunch of other pertinent information to all of the other attoerneys involved. It cost a fortune in quintuplets alone! Everything had to be copied for each attorney etc... Boring, it took FOREVER and many long nights, dropping and dragging files to discs. I can't imagine what it was like doing this kind of work before the age of computers, printers and software!!!       Well the brunt of it is done now. Meanwhile the filter is overworked by the sheer volume of mud involved, and needs to be cleaned AGAIN, and new sand added as it is already almost out of the initial 2 yards of sand that was initially added! I've know pigs who have cleaner water than this!!

The attorney tells me that the parties listed as defendants in the suit for clean water (or lack thereof) have been served! It gives new meaning to the name of the TV series! "Are You Being Served?"
